What is GAPXplorer?

GAPXplorer is a tool for identifying the species that have potential for occurring in specified areas with Pennsylvania counties as the default display area. Application offers three methods to find species:
• Find Species by Feature tool allows you to summarize the GAP vertebrate biodiversity data based on a selected polygon feature, such as a county or watershed.
• Find Species by Buffer tool allows you to summarize the GAP vertebrate biodiversity data based on a user-defined circular buffer.
• Find Species by Extent button allows you to summarize the GAP vertebrate biodiversity data based on a user-defined map extent.
